Reasonably priced and convenient to everything (Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, et al). Huge tub in the room perfect for an arthritic old man to enjoy a therapeutic soak after a long day enjoying all the local attractions. This place is my go-to anytime I'm down that way.

Nice hinden place

the breakfast starts at 7-10 you get there 5 minutes after the breakfast. Starts The food is fresh and hot. The waffles are great. The yogurt. Everything was well and clean. It's a nice breakfast for the price you pay to stay there

Staff was very patient and kind with us as we did my sons 11th hotel/pool party. We even got an hour extended for checkout! The breakfast was also delicious and fresh! Well, when we got there the room I booked was occupied already but the front desk clerk issued another room. Everything was pretty quiet & nice throughout the stay. The breakfast was okay; the eggs were a bit gross- they tasted like air really. Coffee machine also ran out of coffee pretty fast. But other than that, it was a nice stay.
