"The tiny house park has tremendous potential. Great location... close to the Grand Canyon. Easy check-in. We were disappointed with our reservations. Several issues during our stay... the unit was advertised as non-smoking. The tiny house had an unbearable odor from cigarette smoke; the air filter should be replaced, and the unit should be ozone-treated. The screws on the back door lock were about to fall out (I used a screwdriver to tighten both screws). The refrigerator handle was loose and came off when opening the door (I used an Allen wrench to tighten the handle screw). It also appears that cigarette butts may have been dropped down the kitchen drain, causing an odor. Lastly, we are due a $41.20 credit that has not been received. Resolving these issues will enhance the experience of future renters at Grand Canyon Tiny Home Rentals."

"Room was clean. Odd smells throughout the hotel hallways. Friendly front desk staff. Our rooms door lock wasn’t properly grounded so each time we touched the door we got shocked, not a deal breaker but not pleasant. Overall a fairly pleasant stay for the price we paid."

"The staff was great and our tent suite was lovely. In late April it was very cold at night. Even though we had a shower we didnt use it because we couldn't dry our hair and it was too cold to even think about! So I probably wouldn't go with a suite again unless it was in a warmer month. Also the larger tent was harder to keep warm at night with the fire. We managed, though, and the bed, pillows and linens were cozy and comfortable. The night sky was gorgeous! The food was ok. Not great but certainly not bad. It was nice to have free coffee in the morning, too."

"No microwave which we needed. The room was not ready when we got there. Had to wait several minutes in a small lobby which did not have chairs. I spoke to an Expedia support team member to tell the hotel of my request for a first floor room. The receptionist told me that he never got the message ."
