DO NOT LEAVE DIRTY DISHES - dish rack is under sink. Wash ALL dishes, you can leave them drying on the dish rack. If not, add'l fees will be charged.

• If BBQ grill is used, you must clean otherwise $30 fee will be charged. • Games must be neatly put away as found otherwise $20 fee will be charged.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. If not, you will be charged an additional $150 fee.
