"We’ve stayed in seven hotels in the last month and I will say that this is definitely one of the top hotels we stayed at. It has a beautiful entry. It is right off. I 40, set among a forest of trees easy, on and off of I 40, welcoming staff, the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, great sheets and pillows, the restaurant and bar were fantastic, and Derek did a fantastic job as waiter/bartender. five stars."

"Nice facilities. Clean property. Comfortable room, although I had a room near the stairs, so a lot of noise. Only other item is the bed could have used a softer top."

"Check in was fast, the TV was not working and no one to fix it or exchange it. A second chair in the suite would be nice for a two person stay. The shower floor was slick. The breakfast was good for the price. The night time train traffic is a little LOUD Would I stay there again. ?? depends on price"

"Most of the staff was friendly. There was one girl when we checked in that was not very friendly. The breakfast was great."

"The tiny house we stayed in was so nice and new with amazing windows and natural light but it lacked a few things that would make it much nicer. First of all, the coffee maker was missing a piece so, I wasn't able to make coffee. They did provide coffee pods which was nice but I unfortunately couldn't use them. The towel bar in the bathroom was under the sink so I didn't have a good place to hang my toiletry bag in the bathroom. The shower water gets pretty hot but, it would have been nice if it got hotter. Also, a luggage rack is always nice to have. There is a closet but, it did not have a rod in it to hang clothes. There was a rod in the bedroom but there were no coat hangers to hang things. Also, it's nice to have hooks on the wall to hang backpacks, purses, car keys, hats, etc. Lastly, it would have been nice to know you have to drive one mile on a rough, cooregated, gravel road to get to the tiny homes. None of these issues are a big deal, but little things can make a big difference. Regardless, we would not have stayed anywhere else if we could do it again."

"It got cold on ground level bed . It was cold even with 3 different heaters . Upper loft beds for kids was warmer "

"This property was an excellent choice for the Route 66 experience and it was the perfect location for us to spend an amazing day at the Grand Canyon. The hotel is Historic which makes you feel like you’re back in the past. It was perfect "
