I honestly didn't like that we couldn't check in exactly before 3:00PM. We arrived to the hotel a little before noon on a Sunday, when pretty much everything is closed, and had to literally sit and wait until exactly 3:00PM to go to our room. And the hotel wasn't really full of guests either. First time this ever happens to us

It was a nice place for staying in the city but the apartment construction that blocks any kind of view or decent beach access. They should take off the beach in the name as you really only get the city. Everything was decent but prepare for the euro outlets. We ended up booking a resort down the way after a couple days and just ended up eating the cost. Looking back i definetely wouldnt't h

We reserved a suite for 5 (two queen beds and one sofa bed). When we arrived they told us they didn’t have a room for 5. While they were helpful and put a sofa bed in the room, we had to walk on top of the beds to move around. . Not the best cleaning service either. All the points goes to the location

I really enjoyed the helpfullness of the front desk clerks and security guards. They all made the stay so pleasant and memorable. Also the hotel is walkable to most shops, restuarants and generally a very safe area.

no hot water in our room all week despite request to repair. no offer to move us to a room with hot water. view from our window faced a delapidated building that was falling down. no wash clothes despite our request for one.

Clean and well located. The only issue was we book an ocean view room, but the construction across the street completely blocks the view. Much different than the picture on the website. That said, the room was clean, quiet and well located. Good value for money.

Upon check in, the clerk tells us they don’t have a room for us. This made no sense since we had this trip planned for months! She stated they sent us a message, which by the way I never received because they sent it the morning of the day we were due to arrive, and we were on our flight during that time. She found us a room but it wasn’t what I had originally paid for. The website claims it’s ocean front with ocean view which is all false. The beach is across the road behind some buildings which are being built in front of this property, hence no ocean view. I will not be returning to this property and would not recommend anyone to stay there either.

I took off a star here and there due to the fact that the AC was filthy. Usually it takes me less than 5 minutes in a hotel to figure out if they maintain their Air-conditioning. Thank God it was a split unit so I went to work by washing the filters followed by some Lysol on the blowing blade 2x. Other than that, I have very little to complain about. Also there was a new worker in training and she did her best to accommodate my requests.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at City Suites & Beach Hotel.The Hotel was clean, amenities easily accessible and staff was friendly and super helpful. I will definitely recommend to anyone wishing to visir Curacao.

There is No beach! There are no restaurants but all of the restaurants in the area are very good and very close. The hotel was not a beach hotel as it advertised but it was fine.

Overall rating is a 3. I chose the place for the location and the kitchenette, which were both great. There were some issues with the room. 1) There was no chair or table to eat at as pictured. 2) The AC unit is right above the bed headboard & the condensation would leak and sprinkle onto the bed & people in it. 3) Since the front office wasn’t 24 hrs I could not report disturbances late at night, like a loud party till 3am in morning that kept me & other neighbors up.

The staff are wonderful. A BIG thank you to Kimberly and Diana for being attentive, pleasant and making our stay comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, well air conditioned and access to strong complementary wifi. Areas of improvement include the housekeeping, cleaning, especially the beddings and bedside tables are not thoroughly cleaned. Also, it would be nice to have wash-clothes and a kettle to boil water. Otherwise the location is prime, VERY safe, and walkable distance to the McDonald’s, market and a lot of eateries. Will DEFINITELY stay here again👍

A good location, walking distance to many restaurants and also the Emma Bridge. What I didn't like was that the room sound insultation was very poor. You can hear the noise in the hallway

The place is clean the room looks nice, it's in a decent location, but that's it! No facilities at all, no pool, no gym, they did not take advantage of the view they habe from the rooftop. There was only 1 bath towel in the room, and I really mean 1 towel, no face towel or anything, upon chexk out i was telling the lady, her reply was... are you checking out?!! The restroom produced sweage smell in the room that woke me up at 6 am, now i know why they jabe strong air freshener by the restroom door. Someone randomly knocked on my door at 7 am, I only stayed there because I needed a place for one night before I get to my all inclusive. If you dont mimd a very very basic place boom there otherwise there are plenty of nice hotels around

Just came back from Curacao and sorry to tell you that when we arrived to City Suites they try to put Us in the worst room, facing a wall!!!! I asked if this was the room that I had pay for and some how this girl was able to find our info and change the room. They offer the absolute worst coffee...it looks like dirty water...The cleaning person made the bed ( no change of sheets) but never did the dishes or change towels....Never again!! the area is very dirty and construction all over....Public transportation is really bad

We only stayed one night but the room was large and clean. It had a kitchenette but not many supplies for it. Perhaps you have to supply your own dish towels etc but we didn’t stay long enough to require that. It’s very close to shopping and restaurants and a small beach within a 3 minute walk.
