"Hotels.com stated this location as “Uptown”. It is NOT UPTOWN. Also there is nothing on hotels.com stating the poor neighborhood and dozens of people standing around The hotel entrance. No one would visit me because of where I was staying. Hotels.com has dropped in quality when you merged. I used to get a free room every 10 stays. Now I get $1 here or there. Clearly I’m moving to another hotel app."

"The rooms were nice and clean, there were only two bath towels in our room for four guests, not sure why they would only put two bath towels in a room designed for four people. For that price point there should be a free continental breakfast but instead you have to buy anything you want from the continental breakfast. There is a Chick-fil-A right next-door, so that's convenient. Overall a really good hotel and I would stay here again."

"My friends and I stayed here after a concert at a nearby music venue. We checked in and got ready before the concert, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offered a shuttle to the concert venue knowing many guests were attending! The room was very clean and had plenty of offerings for us (towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc.) The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. I woke up too late to take advantage of the free breakfast, but staff at the front desk were similarly friendly as we checked out. They also offered hot beverages even after the conclusion of breakfast."
