"Room was clean. Pool area was not clean and could have used some upkeep."

"The front desk manager, Adnan, was very helpful. He was able to get a room on the main floor for us. He was very nice, as were all the staff we had encountered with. The breakfast was very good, at the restaurant onsite. Very friendly people all around. I was disappointed that the pool was not operational, but that does not change the fact that I would stay here again."

"I only booked here so the kids could swim… but our stay was not worth the $235 spent. The room definitely wasn’t swept, the floors were dirty and there were eyelash extensions all over the bathroom floor, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were both empty and not replaced. With that said, the staff was amazing! They were incredibly quick and attentive to our needs, but we were down a hall that either looked like it was under construction or they just gave up on it. The great staff was the only thing that made our stay decent because the hotel itself is not worth what’s being charged. Kudos to the front desk workers!"
