"This is a superb place to stay, especially with a dog. I traveled with a well-behaved 20 lb terrier, and the beds were comfortable, the water was hot and plentiful in the shower, and most of all, the grounds and proximity to hiking trails made it worthwhile. "It was a nice place to stay and convenient to have a beer/wine vending machine, however it was far from the city centre, about 40 minutes by bus and tram. Getting back in the evening was also difficult as the buses didn't run late and we had to walk about 15 minutes from the last bus stop. There is nothing worth seeing around and limited food options, so there's no value in being so far from the city centre aside from a slightly lower price. Breakfast was good (13 euros extra). "The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient, The room was in their second building, was clean and comfortable with a city view. We were able to park right outside the door. We ate in the hotel and the food was v good regional fare though sad to say they had run out of Kirshtorte for dinner.. I would definitely stay there again.. "
