We enjoyed our stay. Nicely renovated, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. The nice surprise was the train pass we were given upon our arrival and the close proximity of the train station. We took the train into Freiberg and it was super easy and better than having to drive and find parking.

Lovely Boutique Hotel

Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. The service was excellent. Only concern is the room was warm and the giant window only opened a crack. The room did have three fans, which we used all night. Other than ventilation, it’s a great boutique hotel!

Quiet and comfortable

We checked in at the bar after reception closed, they were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the space, it has been renovated with care. We had the farm room and I really enjoyed the aesthetic. The beds were freshly made, I did notice it was a bit dusty here and there but it was definitely clean. The weather was too hot to enjoy the spa facilities on the top floor, the relaxation room by itself was like a sauna, I can imagine it being lovely in the winter. The restaurant food was good, and we appreciated the guest cards and used them for a day trip to Titisee. Excellent location and base for visiting the local areas. It was very quiet at night and we slept well as they had provided two fans in our room, but the rooms stayed fairly cool anyway as the walls are thick stone.

My adult children and I had a magnificent four day stay here. Each room is unique, charming, and very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is impeccable and staff very friendly. There are some beautiful walking trails around the property and it is so quiet and peaceful. There is also a lovely gift shop filled with authentic and high quality items. The only thing we had issues with is the WiFi, which was very spotty in our room, but otherwise, we highly recommend it! Would definitely return.

This was an amazing place to stay. It had beautiful views of the mountains. The staff was very helpful. We loved the history of the building as well. We ended up booking an additional night. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay here - the hotel is cute and cozy with a cafe/restaurant downstairs and guest rooms upstairs. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was very nice and modernized. We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the Himmelreich train station (where some of the shuttles for the Ravennaslucht Christmas market pick up). We were also pleasantly surprised upon check-in when we were given 2 tickets for the public transpiration service (didn’t realize it was included). We used those tickets to ride the train into Freiburg for dinner one night. We didn’t use the sauna onsite but it sounded nice and it was good to know it was available. Would definitely stay here again if road tripping through the Black Forest.

在慕尼黑火車站旁邊 交通方便 我們租車要還車就在附近 整體住起來很舒服 但我先生被床虱叮咬 應該也不是他們的問題 我不願意因此就給他們低的評價 比較特別的是他們沒有房間清潔服務 你要自己把毛巾丟在外面的車廂裡，再拿乾淨的毛巾據說是要環保 但我覺得住很多天的人應該會很困擾。

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Familientreffen, zum Anlass meines runden Geburtstages habe ich für die ganze Familie gebucht und allen unserer Wünsche wurde umgehend und liebevoll entgegengekommen. Jedes der vier Zimmer war individuell gestaltet und alle sehr ansprechend. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker, ebenfalls das Frühstück mit umfangreicher Auswahl! Ich bedanke mich sehr herzlich bei Allen, die zu unserem Aufenthalt beigetragen haben!

Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft

Zimmer top. Personal top. Terrasse top. Ausstattung top. Ich kann wenig aussetzen, was mir leider nicht gefallen hat war das Essen, es war nicht schlecht aber für einen Schnitzel 30€ zu bezahlen ist schon etwas heftig. Eine Rinderbrühe kostet knapp 10€. Verstehe nicht ganz wie diese Preise zu Stande kommen. Aber trotzdem alles insgesamt top.

Der Empfang war schon nicht herzlich, aber das ist nicht das Schlimmste. Unser Zimmer war dreckig und mit Spinnen und vielen anderen Tieren übersät [ Silberfische etc.] . Die Steckdosen waren so verschmutzt von Tierkot.. unfassbar. In den Lampen lagen überall tote große Insekten. Die toten Insekten gingen ja...aber leider wurden wir bei später Ankunft auch von lebenden ekligen Insekten empfangen. Spinnweben und Dreck überall. Die Dachbalken eklig. Die ganze Nacht über hat das Zimmer gelebt..fühlte mich wie im Dschungelcamp. Auf meine Beschwerden morgens beim auschecken wurde nicht reagiert..auch nicht im anschließenden email Kontakt. Dieses Hotel würde ich nie wieder buchen..wie da gute Bewertungen zustande gekommen sind muss am Frühstück liegen, dieses hatten wir nicht dabei. Schade für so ein Hotel. Wenn ich nicht im voraus bezahlt hätte, dann hätte ich es auch niemals bezahlt.
