We received no check in data, had to request multiple times prior to check in .We arrived at the property and the cleaners were not responding to host and the key boxes were all empty . Eventually gained access to building cleaner was there with a baby and flat wasn’t ready at 3.45pm. We were given keys and she left. Kitchen living room was not as photos all curtains were shut and kitchen /living room smelled terribly we could not get rid of smell so opted not to use room . Cupboards had food remnants in them and there were smears on surfaces . On opening curtains windows were badly marked . There were only two people staying beds appeared ok in back room but blinds were all down and two were unusable as broken . Hanging rail in room was also damaged . The bathroom was ok but no shower just a hand held tap shower thing. The outside of the building is also not really finished . We were attending an important event that evening and due to the lack of response pre stay and not having time to find alternate accomodation we had no choice but to stay . The two beds used of the 5 available were comfortable . The description of luxury is very misleading .
