"Had a great 3 night stay at this boutique hotel. Staff were very helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast bar has such a great choice of breakfast. Expect some noise from the square going into the night if you have a Square facing room."

"I had a very good stay. The room was a good size, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also liked having a water fountain and an ice machine on the floor—it was very convenient for guests. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the complimentary snacks available in the lobby were a nice touch. The only thing worth mentioning, although I don’t consider it a negative, was the room service charge. I was informed about the additional fee beforehand and still chose to use the service, but I felt the charge was a bit expensive."

"Air conditioner didn’t work. Repeatedly was told it would be fixed and never was. Complained at check out and was finally given $50 off my stay. Unacceptable."
Hotel Unicus Krakow Old Town - Destigo Hotels

"The hotel is in a good location, directly next to the center square. Everything was walkable, with many dining and pub options. A thing to note about the hotel is that it is connected to a casino. One person in our group tried to find us a bar in the hotel to watch the World Cup Finals. He had to sign many documents in order to get in, due to it being in the Casino. That said, he received a free drink and won money. So, it was a win for him. Another thing to know, is this hotel, along with all hotels within the city center is a "no pick-up" zone. We had to walk a short distance to catch our tour bus to the Salt Mines. The walk was easy and we had no issues with our stay."
