"The hotel and it staff was exceptional! We were taken great care of and felt really accommodated for such a cheap price! The only downside was the location. It is pretty far of from Krakow centre and the old town but it was nothing unmanagable."

"Amazing hotel and I definitely will choose to stay here again! The location is superb for transit, walking, shopping and dining. The Wifi worked well and my room was modern, clean and very spacious. The staff were all incredible and so warm throughout my stay - very accommodating and helpful. "
"The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it’s not walkable to main square & other attractions easy public transportation very close by. The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "
