"Attention to detail. We booked a luxury studio. There was a clear perspex roof on the bathroom area which had corks and cork wires on top of it from previous guests. I would have expected a vanity unit or at least a mirror with a plug near it so my wife could do her make up and hair. We only had 6 coat hangers for two of us. There were no hooks or a coat stand for coats bearing in mind it's December and finally the pillows on the bed are a bit of a let down. On a positive. The location is amazing. "

"Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, very clean hotel. I enjoyed that there was a water dispenser on each floor that offered both cold and warm water, and that our room had a reusable water bottle. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and the restaurant food was delicious and well-priced. The bar was also very well-priced and had a great selection of drinks. The hotel is in a good area within walking distance to the square and old town. Definitely recommend! "

"Room was big and spacious, nice big tv for then we wanted to chill after walking around krakow. Staff were more than happy to help when requested. Only down side was the shower holder could have done with been a bit higher but i managed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you "
