Our host was very helpful and welcoming. This cabin met all of our needs for our short stay. The location was perfect, so close to many activities. The Christmas village connected with the Polar Express ride was an added bonus.
The cabin was very nice and clean! Location was nice for what you paid for. Was a last minute scheduling and very thankful everything work out wonderfully!

The cabin was located almost as an out building to other larger cabins. No scenic views for this unit. Internet is basically non existent in this location. Towels had grease stains on 2. Cobwebs in every corner of cabin. Being it was Thanksgiving and the price paid you get what you pay for. Was asked to strip bedding and wash laundry before departing. Kinda thought that’s what the cleaning fees we paid were for.
It’s a nice little cabin I didn’t need much as it was just me staying. Host was awesome when I called and couldn’t figure out the keyless entry. Wi-Fi is spotty but I wasn’t visiting to hole up there. It’s closeto the Cherokee Casino, 20ish min to Sylva. Didn’t really notice much in Whittier but also I was in town for WCU parents weekend. The only bad thing was when I went to shower there was spiders in the shower and throughout the bathroom area. Also, when I went to leave I had spiders on the lunch bag I had my drinks in. Yes I know it’s in the mountains but definitely needed a little more attention to detail cleaning wise. The spiders in my cooler bad looked like they were from under cabinets on kitchen counter.
