"The service desk lady gave a girl a key to my room without my knowledge and a parking pass with my name. She never asked the girl for an ID. When I checked in I had to show an identification. This was a complete violation of my privacy and security, I want a full refund!!!! This is 200% unacceptable!!!"

"The room was a very good size. I would suggest getting an upgrade on the bathroom. It was very tiny. You had to move close to the sink in order to shut the door, the toilet was extremely low sitting, there was no room to put your toiletries. A really small bathroom. Lighting was dim. I think better LED lights/bulbs would work much better in the entire room. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them and it was really a family style atmosphere because of them. Lovely people!"

"This was a lovely place to stay.The bedroom is fully separate with a very comfortable bed. The living space was clean and comfortable, including the beautiful patio.I appreciated the calming beachy decor. During our 4 day stay I sent Jodi a question about the apartment that was answered promptly.The weather during our stay was at times very hot and at times chilly. The temperature of the unit remained comfortable, with A/C when necessary.We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach for shelling and then stopped for takeout lunch at the Breadbasket Cafe on the corner which provided a fantastic salad and pastries. The Hingham Ferry to Boston was easy and beautiful. Ample parking. We also used the Hull Ferry to get to the airport (but parking there is a challenge).Highly recommend for a getaway including a city day."

"It was the perfect setting for immediate family to gather for my daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook for a family or small group., The view out to the water were a special morning greeting, and we loved the long walks at Worlds End, a nearby nature preserve. It was just perfect. The only drawback, and this is not a big deal, is that the four upstairs bedrooms only have one bathroom for everyone. It was ideal in every other way."

"This could be a nice place to stay but is in need of some major upgrades. The pictures are very deceiving. In one bedroom there was an outlet that had a large orange extension cord that ran across the room behind the bed then plugged into an 8 prong outlet that was behind the bedside table laying on the radiant heater. There are three glass sliding doors that are blocked off with vinyl fencing. The deck listed for use is attached to the apartment downstairs that has year round tenants. The fire place is not sealed (see pictures). The carpet looked to be in need of a deep clean and was pilling. In the bedroom with the couch, behind the couch there is baseboard heat that does not have a cover. In one of the front bedrooms the smoke detector was not in place and sitting on a table with a missing battery. See pictures below of major concerns. The communication with the owner was not the greatest. I had to reach out an hour prior to check in to get the code for the house. We were not provided any checkout instructions and they were not responsive when I asked them the morning of checkout what was expected. "
