The house has 6 bedrooms comprising 5 doubles, two with bunks, 1 with additional pull out, 1 bunk room with 3 singles, 5 showers, 4 toilets, large separate lounge/dining, huge, fully equipped kitchen with dining, fully enclosed courtyard with BBQ, hangout, outside dining plus offers child & pet safety, off-street parking for a boat and four cars as well as roadside parking.
