Hosts on the Coast The Boat Shed

If you are looking for a holiday place which is a little different and relaxed then you need to stay at this cosy Kiwi Unit and Caravan set up, up to 6 people can stay here and it is conveniently located in central Whitianga, just a short walk to the beach and town. The caravan which has 2 single beds, and the unit has 1 queen, 1 single and a roll out bed. The unit has a small kitchenette, with a microwave toaster & kettle, there is no stove or oven, please wash the dishes in the outdoor tub, not in the bathroom sink, you will also find a bathroom & toilet. There is a small dining room table and Flat Screen TV.
Outside you will find a covered deck with a BBQ and seating for your outdoor entertainment and dining.
The grounds offer lots of space, ideal for the sunset cricket or rugby games and plenty of parking for cars and boats.

IMPORTANT: No Additional Tents, Caravans, Camper Vans or Motor Homes are permitted on site.

Whitianga is the gateway to some of the most stunning beaches on the Coromandel, jump in the car and head to Matarangi , Kuotunu or Coromandel Town or head to Cooks Beach, Hahei, Cathedral Cove or Hot Water Beach, or if you would rather, head down to the wharf where the boat tours leave and see the coastline by boat. If you just want to stay close to home head to Buffalo Beach, it's safe for swimming and paddle boarding. The area has some great activities for the kids, there is a skatepark in town and a playground there is also a mini golf course and if the weather isn't great head to the movies. Whitianga has some fabulous restaurants and bars and if you feel like a round of golf there is an 18-hole golf course, or bring the bike and take the ferry-to-Ferry Landing and bike to Cooks Beach where you will find some great eateries. Head to Whitianga there is so much to explore!
