"Met with lifelong friends for the weekend. Weather was beautiful, so we were able to enjoy the backyard space. Your cottage was a perfect central location for us since we came from different states. We’re hoping to make this an annual gathering! FYI-the hall bathroom toilet runs continuously and we’re a little concerned about your foundation to the right of the front door."

"My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...

"The cottage was very clean. Well stocked with items. The only thing we didn’t find was a can opener. No big deal. My sister let me borrow one. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved it. The place is well decorated with antiques. It had a lovely rustic charm. In fact they can decorate my house if they like. lol Any time I go visit my sister I would without a doubt stay at that cottage. If they allow us of course. The creek was nice to have. "You'll have no regrets staying here. All the amenities you could need in a cozy and safe cottage. A short drive to all of the Nashville hot spots. Broadway, Grand Ole Opry, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena. Most Uber/Lyft rides were $10-15, with only a few around $20. Jim and Tina felt like old family friends who were kind and accommodating. Highly recommend for anybody wanting to be close to the action without being in it and wanting an affordable comfortable stay. Would stay again!"

"The property location was very convenient-we were able to walk to Broadway, the museums and the Ryman Auditorium. The apartment was very spacious. We found the "self check in" process a bit cumbersome (we had trouble with the keypad mechanism) but there was an attendant at the desk to assist. The parking (downloading an app, uploading pics of drivers license) was also a bit cumbersome, but once completed, it worked well and the parking was very convenient.
