Disingenuous

We drove by the house twice because we didn’t believe it, the outside was rundown. Once inside the house was clean but old and the floor creaked everywhere. Topping it off a fragrance machine was going full blast, making us wonder why… unfortunately one of our party was allergic to fragrances and had to leave. Wont stay there again.

Large house

The kitchen was not furnished for meal preparation. The house is large and clean. It needs a little more tlc.

Plenty of Space but not Deluxe

The rooms are large and there is plenty of space. The location is very good being; under 10 minutes from the airport, walking distance to most essential town services and close to the town's walking trails. The house is old and has had obvious additions, not all of which make a lot of sense. The floor plan is crazy. There have been numerous DIY fixes and there is no way that this home would pass review with a Building Inspector. It was clean and functional, however listing it as a Deluxe Rental is extremely misleading. The property is safe, liveable and provides the very basics of what is needed to be able to cook for yourself. The owners are friendly, helpful and very nice people. However, even in the Whitehorse market, this property is significantly over priced.

The location of the property was perfect. We were able to walk around town with ease. Across the street from the Best Western, Gold Rush Inn. A 4 block walk to the Yukon River. Considering we were there in Winter the house heating was amazing and the hot water welcoming.

Business Trip

We stayed for a week in this home. It had plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen could use more equipment and dishes but overall a good stay. We will return. Thank you!

Came To Town On Friday Check In Was Fast Place Was Spotless Clean Comfy Beds Nice Kitchen Really Enjoyed Stay Anson Was A Great Host Too Great Buisness Fast Replies If I Needed Anything Or Had Any Questions He Was There. A+ Service A+ Place Simply Great.
