Eldorado Hotel & Spa

"This hotel is ideally located off the plaza. It is extremely large and well constructed. The rooms are quiet without any sound from above. The rooms could use a throw rug or so as the floors are all wood or faux wood. The restaurants, bars and meeting spaces are all spacious and well decorated. The staff are all courteous and helpful. Outdoor pool was a bit of a poop show as there were plates of food and barware everywhere. There was one young man taking orders and he was curly overwhelmed. There was no one to clear the dirty dishes or tidy up the pool deck. Overall, a very nice hotel the checks a lot of boxes. It could use an influx of capital to update things like toilets, carpeting in the hallways, etc. With those aforementioned upgrades, the El Dorado would be a true luxury hotel."

"Everything was clean. The shower was super slippery the bed somewhat hard and it creaked AC took a long time to cool off the room fitness room was small but had the essentials."

"I love this place. The staff are great, rooms delightful, you can walk into town in five minutes, lots of happy hours, breakfast included etc. BUT my bill ranged from 231.00 a night to 299.00. It increased by the day . No one told me they could alter the rate in relation to how busy they were! I really don't understand how that could be honest, but was told by the Hilton that some owners do that and it is legal! WATCH OUT"

"The staff was very helpful. They even disable the hydraulic arm to my room because it was too difficult to get through with my wheelchair. The bathroom and room were clean and the whole property was well taken care of. The square was just a few minutes walk away."

"The hotel on the whole was wonderful. Our room though was very dark even in the day time. Night time, even with all the lights on, it was almost impossible to navigate the room. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub."
