Some of the staff was rude at the front desk and particularly an African American man that was there look so unfriendly and he was rude to me. I wish I catch his name. Also I found garbage and towels not taken from my room when they “cleaned” it. Very unacceptable. One great thing thou is the service over text message all the time I was there. Food was good.
