"You almost forget it’s a motel. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed with most things you could need. I was able to pick up my HBO Max in less than a minute. For anything else, there’s a great local market within walking distance. Also within walking distance are two modern parks on the water, connected by a narrow bridge. Elevated lodging that seems a great spot to call home base while exploring northwest Colorado."

"You will NOT find a better place to stay or better hosts. Hosts treated us like family, gorgeous property, cabin was phenomenal.... can not say enough good things. I Will be back, no question.... this is God's country, pictures do not do it justice! Thank you for the hospitality!"

"View was great ! Cottage was very nice. BUT we rented it because it said it had a king bed, and the bedrooms had 2 twins and a queen. The loft was a little hard to climb up to, and standing up there was impossible very low ceiling, and Im an old man. If your wife doesn't have restless leg syndrome when sleeping its a great place. BBQ worked wonderful. Everything was in order but the bed situation."
