"The staff - front desk, waiters, shuttle drivers- are all amazing and lovely people and they make the hotel desirable. The bedding was clean but the rooms are very well used and our bathroom door was broken which made it awkward for us to use with others in the room. The carpets need a steam clean. They feel grimy and look very dirty. But this may be something others don’t notice. I also think they should provide 4 towels to start even if there are two guests. People like to shower after travelling and then in the morning before leaving. Also, you have to move the coffee maker to the bathroom yourself to make coffee which is annoying. And they only left us one cup instead of two. Minor things but I thought I’d note them."

"The place was remodeled and looked nice. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. I do feel it was a bit overpriced for what it offered. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. I would also recommend putting a small dresser in the rooms. There is nowhere to put your clothing. Perhaps an ice machine?"

"Surprisingly Clean with Top-Notch 24/7 Service! If you're looking for a very practical, well-maintained place to stay, the Travelodge by Wyndham in Harbor City is a fantastic choice. The standout feature of this property is the excellent, spotless rooms. You can really tell how much effort went into updating the space, and the fresh design makes it feel incredibly welcoming after a long day of traveling. My only small piece of constructive feedback relates to the recent bathroom updates. The shower heater was quite tricky to figure out. I highly recommend that management thoroughly tests the shower heaters post-renovation and adds a simple, straightforward instruction label to make them easy for guests to use. Fortunately, the customer service here is phenomenal. The staff is available 24/7 and addresses guest issues promptly and with a great attitude, so help is always there if you need it. Ultimately, while it's not a perfect luxury motel, it is an excellent temporary shelter for tourists. It provides a safe, comfortable, and clean basecamp while exploring the area. Highly recommended for travelers who value cleanliness and highly responsive service!"

"1000/10! I can confidently say that you will not find better! This home is immaculate. They went above and beyond for us! By far the best host we ever had. Their kindness and quick and clear communication stood out from the beginning! This property was beautiful inside and out, extremely clean, spacious, had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable! It truly felt like paradise and is a DREAM stay! A home away from home, I most definitely want return to! The views were everything! We savored every second spend here. This was the best home we have ever stayed at. We are so thankful! Hope to stay longer again very soon! "
