"Water was barely warm, so we had to buy a hot water pot to get a tub, or wash some dishes. The bed was broken in 112, so my husband couldn’t sleep comfortably, plus the pillows were terrible. Power went off for a few hours, and they have no backup generator. No other arrangement was made, no refund offered!"

"Staff was very friendly. We have been coming to Wild Dunes the last 7 year's for long weekends. It was supposedly upgraded and here is what we found. They removed the carpeting in the suites and replaced with cheap imitation hardwood flooring. Turned the shower on and turned faucet to hot and got cold water, turned faucet to cold and got hot water. Only new noticeable upgrade was they now have a digital keypad to enter the rooms, BUT the keypads are not backlit so you cannot see tge numbers at...

"It was a cold New Year's Eve, but the heating in the room kept the cold out. Plus, the hot tub was just what it says. The bathroom sink outside of the bathroom in the main room and the lights to the bathroom outside the bathroom (so friends can turn off the lights while you are inside) ... Just minor things but I'd still come back. "
