The County Boutique Apartment

4 **** as voted by Visit England Luxury period style 2 bedroom apartment ideally situated within 5 minutes walk into the center of the popular historical coastal town of Whitby.
The County boutique apartment is a rather special 2 bedroom apartment looking down towards Whitby Harbour. The apartment boasts a beautifully furnished living room with period high ceilings, 2 extra large bay windows allowing the light to flood in. With a solid oak gallery kitchen with granite worktops and a dining area for 4 this makes for cosy nights in together or leisurely breakfasts watching the world go by. We have a good selection of DVD’s, books, a Bluetooth radio and a firestick smart TV for your entertainment. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size four poster bed and the second with a choice of a King size bed or twin singles. Please state when booking your preference. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and overhead shower.
The property is in a residential area of Whitby which has no parking restrictions, although parking is on a first come first serve basis we have always got parked no problem within a few yards of the property even in August. Once parked everything in Whitby is within walking distance so you do not even need your car if you so wished.
The property has a spacious feel whilst being cosy and warm for those romantic nights in.
Towels and bedding will be provided for your stay.
This property is furnished to the standard of our second home and is superbly equipped in every area.

Lovely family holiday

Lovely flat, great location

We stayed for four nights during May Half Term. The flat was perfect for our needs with everything we needed for a family of four. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and we enjoyed the views from the windows. The location is fantastic being just a short walk into town and the beach. We always found a parking spot nearby but sometimes it took a little while for one to become available. Communication from Kerry was fantastic, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Luxurious Apartment. Fantastic Stay!

My daughter and myself stayed here for 3 nights and wished we had stayed for longer. The apartment was so tastefully decorated, comfy and a real haven of peace and quiet. Parking was no problem and we always found a space opposite. Whitby is a great place to stay with so many lovely places to eat and drink and lots to see nearby. A beautiful part of England! Fabulous apartment

What a wonderful apartment! It lacked nothing we needed, all good quality too. It is located quite near Whitby centre, but up a steep hill. The owner Kerry was super helpful.parking was a bit difficult owing to an inconsiderate driver parking in the unloading area for two days, but we had a great stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

overall impression of property very good, lots of extras ie books, games, lovely decoration and cosy feel to living room area .could not get on to net flix but no big deal, heating a bit hit and miss could be chilly in winter , did provide throws, no parking area but managed to find somewhere on the road outside . Overall a very relaxing stay. Also provided with excellent information re amenities, Would definitely stay here again as very near to whitby amenities , lovely cosy room ,good size bedrooms and very comfy beds..very much enjoyed

The flat is nice, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is handy for the town and local amenities. The only problem is parking, there just isn’t any. Despite whatever the property description states, there is NO parking it’s a nightmare. Each and every day, various times of the day it was hunt the parking slot…. Nothing near the property ever, and this was during the week I would hate to think what it’s like at weekends.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment, 5 mins walk into Whitby. Very tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything you could want from books to dvds , games for kids and all the little touches like hand wash, toilet paper, tea coffee etc. Nice comfy beds. We stayed for 4 nights with our 13 year old granddaughter and she loved it as well. Good fish and chip shop just round the corner. Whitby is a lovely seaside town with lots of quirky shops and nice beach. The only downside was the parking but as the houses are Victorian you have to expect that. I managed to park one street away and that’s were the car stayed until we left but you didn’t need a car as everything was in walking distance. Lovely view from apartment and beautiful period features which floods with light. Definitely would recommend.

Great spot to explore Whitby near to town

Property was great, had everything we needed. The four poster bed is really comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed as we like to cook. Parking no problem in September we were there mid week. Whitby was great to explore from the apartment, about 3-5 mins into town depending upon your speed but steep climb back up but not too far! Explored the town, harbour, shops and tried the beer at Whitby Brewery and Magpie’s fish and chips which were excellent! Bonus that they serve the best gluten free batter I’ve ever tasted! Well worth a visit and excellent service. Also easy to visit Staithes and Runswick Bay both excellent and beautiful villages to visit. We found the tromp d’oile in Staithes really interesting down all the back alleys and Runswick Bay was enchanting (super steep hill!) Robin Hoods Bay was also good just be aware cafes are still struggling for staff so service can be slow! Enjoy and relax!
