Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We booked a short break to Whitby but when we got there we could not get into the property or contact the host. We ended up with no where to stay. It was a nightmare, and although we were refunded our money, I feel we are due some compensation for a wasted journey and spoiled weekend
