The location was superb, close to the village as well as multiple bike trails. The unit was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures.
Wouldn’t recommend if you intend to use the hide-a-bed
Was okay but the hide-a-bed gives new meaning to uncomfortable and bumpy. The management recommended putting the mattress on the floor but the spring in the mattress made it no better. Bring pool towels, very few towels provided but were able to get more. Hadn’t been cleaned that well. Only 6 dinning chairs so really not suitable for 7. The beds were comfortable and it was a well equipped unit.
This unit backs onto the highway so its noisy all night if the window is open which it will be all summer as there is no AC. We were counting on using the pullout couch but it was broken and super uncomfortable so a couple of adults had to share a queen bed. Not an ideal situation for a guys golf trip. The screen door also falls off its track. The place needs some TLC to get it up to par but will suffice for a place to crash. Pat

Honestly, we stay in these places in Whistler all the time and we love them all. This one though, it is in need of some updates. First and foremost the windows. We know they are there, we touched them, but when you have some noise outside it sounds just like they are wide open or non-existant. This was really evident when we had the joys of staying there on the Canada Day! It was a great play list they had going though, so we didn't mind the music too much. ;) Only other points were just some general upkeep that seems to have slipped the watching eyes. Tub is in pretty bad shape, needs some general bathroom work, moldings, cleaning of the caulking. Nothing super harsh. Would stay there again of course!
I was very disappointed to find a queen bedspread inside the king duvet cover... really? for the amount you charge, get a king duvet to fit the king size bed. Also, seems like one of the gutters might have been clogged.. the DRIP DRIP DRIP all night from the bedroom window was so bad, none of us slept. Kitchen amenities are bare bones and minimal. sofa sleeper is a joke, you can feel springs on both sides of the thin mattress, NO ONE would ever sleep there!! Really glad 2 people backed out so we only had 4. I would have been horrified to offer that as a bed! I will not rent this unit again.. Looks like you filled it with all things you didn't want in your house. This unit should rent for significantly less than others I have stayed in, or they should upgrade! Otherwise I love Northstar.. location, pool and hot tub alone made this trip.

The location is great. We always stay at Northstar, mostly because of the pool. This unit however is backed up to the highway and was really loud at night. I had the worst nights sleep and needed to use earplugs to make it even bearable. The bedding was not as pictured. There was an old comforter on the bottom bunk that was not that nice and the pillowcases were super pilley and pillow selection was not good. Kitchen was missing some amenities... there was a hand mixer, but no attachments, and no blender. There was garbage left outside the condo door that stayed there all week. I am disappointed that I booked this condo for another visit in a month. I wish I had known this unit was so noisy.
The property was clean and exactly as described and pictured. Pool was a nice plus and the location is great, close to the village but not too close.

We stayed at the North Star Property for 4 weeks and would have stayed longer but our stay was cut short by the Coronavirus and the decision to close Whistler/Blackcomb. Otherwise, the property worked out just fine. The property staff were very responsive to our needs and very professional.
This apartment has a nice distribution, although the living area in the main floor is a little bit small. The bedrooms located in the second floor have a good size, as well as the bathrooms. A pretty convenient hotel lace for a family. Very clean. Only issue was not having a recycling bin. Thank you!

I booked a discounted, affordable one-bed unit for five days, but the heating didn't work and it was very cold. The management was amazing and upgraded me to a two-bed, two-bath, two-story luxury unit for the entire length of my stay - a place I would never have been able to afford! So I got really lucky. If a replacement hadn't been available, as an alternative I was offered a steep discount on the already discounted unit. Either way the management was great and the fancy unit I stayed in was gorgeous! So the stars I'm giving are for the unit I stayed in, not the one I booked - and I've no idea how much I would have had to pay if I'd booked it regularly!

The condo was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It is conveniently located just outside of the hustle and bustle of Whistler village. The grocery store across the street was also great. The kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely come back!
Everything was perfect, location to the shops and lifts. Check in/out was a breeze. We even managed to enjoy bear watching right from the deck one morning. If there is anything that needs improvement it would be the mattress, they were a bit hard. But will stay again at our next opportunity.

Lovely Condo really good location 5mins walk from one of Whistler's main squares. Some road noise when windows open from road behind property but not visible because of lovely Pine trees.Spotlessly clean and really well furnished. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. This townhouse was great. Centrally located and really quite spacious. My only complaint with this unit is it definitely needs a new mattress in the master suite, it was rock hard. It also needs a new mattress on the pullout couch. Overall a great complex and great stay.

Nice place and good location. Could use more towels. The stairs suck after a couple of days of skiing, but that's life. Enjoyed the stay.
