The Space:

Snow settles softly on the evergreens outside your window as you ease into the rhythm of mountain life. Mornings begin with coffee and quiet forest views, and evenings end fireside after a full day on the slopes. Tucked along Blackcomb Mountain in the Painted Cliff complex, this ski access townhouse blends alpine calm with easy connection to Whistler Village.



Living space

The main living area is framed by large picture windows overlooking the forest, filling the space with natural light even on snowy days. Comfortable seating surrounds the presto log fireplace - the perfect place to warm up after skiing. A separate TV room offers an additional spot to unwind. Heating throughout keeps the home comfortable all season long.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, with a dining table that seats six and a breakfast bar for two. Whether you’re cooking a relaxed breakfast before heading out or gathering for dinner in the evening, the space is designed for easy connection. A second fridge provides extra storage for longer stays.



Sleeping arrangements

This townhouse sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms + den and 2 baths. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, forest views, and direct access to a shared bathroom with heated floors, a glass-enclosed bathtub, and overhead shower. The secondary bedroom includes a king-split bed and TV. The den offers two sets of twin bunk beds. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space with bunk beds ideal for kids or additional guests. A second bathroom on the main level includes a glass-enclosed shower.



Outdoor & shared amenities

A private deck with BBQ provides fresh mountain air year-round. Within the complex, guests have access to a shared hot tub - a welcome treat after time on the mountain. Secure underground parking for one vehicle, additional guest parking (first-come, first-served), in-unit washer and dryer, and a private entrance add everyday convenience. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are also available.



Neighborhood

Painted Cliff offers ski access when conditions allow or a short walk to Merlin’s Run leading to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. A nearby free shuttle connects you to Whistler Village for dining and après-ski.



Disclaimer : Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.



Getting Around:

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 7-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Fantastic - next to ski slope, the upper village, and the bus

We had a wonderful time in early March hitting the slopes and enjoying Whistler. The home is very nicely appointed, with a cozy front living area with a TV, and a larger open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. It has a bit of a treehouse feel because there is no real view, just lots of trees out the window. The unit is super for ski access - it's about 30 meters to the ski run that takes you down to the upper village gondola. Very convenient. The complex is very quiet, the hot tub is nice and minimally used, and the garage parking is very close to the unit. All in all a great stay in a very nice and convenient unit.

Quiet little nook away from the riff raff

The description for the listing was as accurate as you get. The communication with the property manager was great! At no point did we need anything extra and they were extra communicative and prepared to attend to our needs. Great for couples looking for more of a quiet romantic getaway, or even with our small group of young kids away from the partying and noise. They only negative about the spot is coming and going on foot was tricky. It snowed a lot during our stay so walking downhill was challenging. Uphill even more so. We had to rely on the bus to get to the top of the hill.
