Spread across several levels, this townhouse sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms with six beds and five baths. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite bath with a soaker tub and glass shower, and a walk-in wardrobe. The main floor features a secondary bedroom with a king-split bed and a separate bath, and a third bedroom with a twin bunk bed ideal for younger guests. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms each include a king-split bed, wardrobe, desk, and ensuite with overhead shower.
Outdoor living
Step onto the spacious deck to soak in the private hot tub or enjoy a meal at the dining table beside the BBQ. The quiet setting overlooks the valley, creating a serene spot to relax after exploring Whistler.

Ski access to the Lower Olympic run is seasonal and involves a short walk and climb through the Northern Lights neighborhood. Many guests also choose to drive or taxi a few minutes to the gondolas.

A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:
• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
