The Space:
Snowflakes drift across towering pines as you sink into the warmth of the living room, where a wood-burning fireplace glows against vaulted ceilings. Step outside to the patio to feel the crisp mountain air, unwind in the private hot tub, or gather by the outdoor fireplace beneath a canopy of stars. Every moment here connects you with Whistler’s alpine beauty, from first light on the trails to quiet evenings beside the fire.

Sleeping arrangements
This three-level home sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, each with its own ensuite. Two primary suites feature king beds, flat-screen TVs, and bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, double vanities, and glass-enclosed showers. The third bedroom includes a king-split bed and full ensuite, while the fourth offers a queen bed and ensuite with a glass shower. A guest powder room and a fifth bathroom with steam room add comfort and convenience.

Intermediate trails lead directly from the property, while beginners can reach the gondola with a short walk. The ride brings you to Creekside Village for shopping, dining, and the Creekside Gondola for mountain access.

The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.

Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.

Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

Exceptional Stay at Whistler Platinum's Kadenwood Chalet

Our stay at Whistler Platinum's Kadenwood Chalet was absolutely fantastic! The chalet is a beautifully designed, spacious three-story retreat with stunning views that took our breath away. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered—the space was immaculate, clean, and perfectly tidy. The open layout of the chalet made it ideal for our group, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. One of the highlights of our stay was the private hot tub, where my friends spent hours unwinding and soaking in the serene mountain surroundings. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, our time at the Kadenwood Chalet was wonderful. The combination of luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, and impeccable cleanliness made it an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return for another incredible stay!

The perfect holiday home

We hosted our annual family holiday here. Having a bedroom on the main floor was good for my elderly father. The gondola to creek side is a bonus and lift passes, bike rentals and live music at Dusty’s is at the bottom along with a market to get forgotten items avoiding driving. So much room for us all to spread out. Enjoyed relaxing soak in the tub and movie nights in the media room. Kitchen was the hub and well stocked. Appreciated being able to bring the family dog.

I had stayed at this home before and loved it then… overall great property, terrific ski in/out Kadenwood location and extremely clean and well maintained home. Only opportunity I see for this high end rental is stocking a few more things in kitchen (coffee, oil and vinegar, a few seasonings
