The Space:
Snow settles quietly on the trees as you step inside, warmth rising from the fireplace and soft light filling the space through expansive windows. Evenings unfold slowly here - steam drifting from the hot tub, firelight reflecting off the snow outside, and the stillness of the mountains wrapping around you after a full day outdoors. This is a place to come back to, linger, and fully unwind.
Living space
Set across three levels, the home is designed for gathering and privacy in equal measure. The main living area centers around a wood-burning indoor fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the winter landscape. Multiple seating areas make it easy to spread out, whether you are sharing stories by the fire or settling in for a quiet night inside. A family room with TV offers a relaxed retreat, while a media room with pool table connects directly to the outdoor hot tub for easy transitions between play and rest.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a spacious ensuite with soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom includes a king-split bed, chaise lounge, and a full ensuite. The fourth bedroom, located on the main level, offers a queen bed and its own ensuite with glass-enclosed shower. In addition to the bedroom ensuites, there is a guest powder room and a lower-level bathroom with a steam room.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with ample counter space and everything needed to prepare meals together. A breakfast bar seats five, while the dining table seats ten, making it easy to gather for long dinners after the slopes. Whether you are starting the day with coffee or winding down with a shared meal, the layout supports unhurried moments together.
Outdoor living
Outdoor spaces are arranged across patios and decks, offering a front-row seat to winter scenery. The hot tub invites evening soaks under the cold night air, and the outdoor fireplace creates a natural place to gather once the sun sets. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture extend the living space beyond the walls, even in cooler weather.
Ski access and location
Ski-in and ski-out access is available seasonally, with ski-out reached by a short walk to the trail. Beginners are a short walk from the private Kadenwood gondola, which provides a direct ride to Creekside Village for dining, groceries, and access to the Creekside Gondola. Ski-in access returns via surrounding trails with a short walk from the road to the front door.
Amenities and conveniences
The home includes in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, a private entrance, and free parking in the garage. It is pet-friendly and allows long-term stays. Self check-in with a smart lock keeps arrivals simple.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
