Had a great stay; place is very well appointed with everything we needed and enough space for all. Excellent location for skiing and convenient to all Blackcomb and Whistler has to offer without having to take a shuttle ! Hope to return next year.
Perfect location for skiing- very short walk to Blackcomb gondola. The ski check in the lobby was convenient. Condo was nicely furnished and comfortable for our group of 4. Kitchen was very well equipped which made eating in enjoyable. Pool and hot tubs looked great. Unit was very quiet. Would definitely consider staying here again.
Great location if you want to ski blackcomb. Lots of space, clean, and has everything you need. Hot tubs / heated pool are a great perk. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great ski storage set up. Close to shops.
Peter was so amazing. We had 3 canceled flights so he ended up picking up our grocery order in Vancouver and driving it up to Whistler for us.Great location. Clean. Murphy bed was great. We'd stay again.
Great location, quiet, yet close to everything we needed. The lodge was very practically laid out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for my family. There's a jar of extra virgin olive oil!! Really appreciated that since I forgot to pack it. Comfortable beds. My daughter really liked the Murphy bed. Love the chalk board, what a simple and brilliant idea, my daughter and I wrote and drew on it everyday, leaving sweet messages to each other. Some suggestions:-More lighting at the dining area.-Fragrance free garbage bags and tissues. (Fragrance triggers my daughter's eczema sometimes, also the fragrance of the garbage bags were quite intense and unpleasant...)-Very nice quilts. Although they were way too warm, especially in the loft. Pillows were too high. My daughter brought her own, smart move. I should probably do that too next time. Overall, we all enjoyed our staying. Having enough space is very crucial to my family since that means we could all sleep better. Will definitely book it again.
We love the location (Crystal Lodge) and have stayed in several units at this site many times over the years. We will come back but see the following to best manage your expectations.
The building is very dated and in need of repair and maintenance. The same stairway door handle in the common area that was broken over the winter is still broken. Elevator has a note on what to do if it gets stuck. Not sure how common area reserves and maintenance is determined but it is obviously not a priority for the owners. They probably don't need to worry about appearance and upkeep when there is always demand for this great location.
The unit like the building is dated and lacks upkeep. Look under the bed and couches and you will see years of dust and dirt. Whomever does the housekeeping does the bare minimum.
Note that any room facing the pool area will be filed with any conversations from the pool deck until 10pm.
Many of the units do not have AC so they will be hot in the summer. I had a friend in unit 203 that had this experience. We had a loud AC but they are the inside portable AC type that has a makeshift hose that runs out of a window. The AC in the main room worked well but the AC in the master bedroom was broken.
The main bathroom shower did not drain properly. We called maintenance to fix it but no one showed up during our 6-day stay. No shelf or ledge in the shower so the soap sat in a puddle on the floor.
The unit we stayed in was OK, could use some improvements. Kitchen table was held together with plumbers tape. Kitchen chairs were not comfortable and living room couches need replacing. Overall, it was just fine. Worked well for a couple, would not be good for two couples.
We were a little disappointed by our stay. The place is a little rundown, the refrigerator does not work properly, the sink in the master bathroom does not have any water pressure, and I left a message for the owner prior to our stay and he never returned my call. The location is good though and the master bed was comfortable.
Great place in Blackcomb, short walk to Whistler Village
This place was perfect for 6 of us to stay for Crankworx. It helped to be in quieter Blackcomb with 45K in Whistler for the event! Kitchen had everything we needed. Vaulted ceilings made the place seem bigger. Great master bedroom. Only critique is there are a number of small function / wear and tear issues that should be resolved including: fridge does not have a cold enough temp (tried putting it to coolest setting, milk/cheese were not fridge temp), largest kitchen cabinet pull out won't close all the way / hangs open, loft bedroom has 1 shutter that is broken, master bathroom shower doesn't drain and sink doesn't have enough pressure and toilet runs 24x7. All minor issues that could be fixed. If they are, we would definitely stay again.

Condo needs some TLC
Great location however the condo is in rough condition. The heat in the primary bedroom doesn’t work, the faucet on the bathtub is broke so the shower won’t work, the lights in the kitchen flicker when turned on, there’s a hole in the wall upstairs and on the last day prior to checking out we found black mold on the window in the primary bedroom, directly above where my daughter slept, who has an autoimmune disease and is allergic to mold. It appears some of the other units in the building are much better taken care of and would recommend looking at other options.

OK but not exactly what we expected
We were most disappointed that this condo is not really ski-in/ski-out. It is a walk to the slopes/lift - you cannot ski-in or out. It is a short walk, but not what we were expecting or wanting. The condo does have some wear and tear and could use a good cleaning. There was toothpaste on the sink in the bathroom and the overall appearance of the condo was a bit sloppy. We also found out while preparing lunch that there was not a can opener but luckily the small market across the street had one that we were able to buy. We have donated this to the kitchen collection for the next guests. The heated floors were AWESOME and the beds were very comfortable.

Great location and value
We spent a week at the condo and hope to return again next year. We loved the property there are only two issues that kept us from giving 5 stars. The first is that the property is slightly dated. This isn't the Four Seasons but the condo was clean and nicely furnished. The other is that the second bedroom has shutters that are open to the living room and kitchen so noise from the common areas can be heard in that bedroom. This was not a problem for us but might be an issue for others. The positives of this condo are many. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful after skiing and for the kids. We loved the location. I do consider this a ski in/ski out property. You do have a short walk up a heated sidewalk to get to the slopes but it is very convenient and for most skiers who will be boarding the gondola you'll be carrying your skis anyway. There are wonderful restaurants, a market, liquor store, ski rentals, ski tuning, and lift ticket office all right there. The upper village is not as busy or as loud as the main village which was perfect for us. There is a wonderful short trail that leads to the main village or free shuttles as well. The condo has covered parking as well ($20 per day), although once your here everything is so convenient you don't need a car. To sum it up, we loved our stay and look forward to returning to Glacier Lodge on our next visit.

Air conditioning not working
The unit is spacious, but very stuffy, even on cooler days. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the air conditioner in the main area had been functioning properly. We specifically chose a unit that was advertised as having a/c. We communicated with the owner twice and the front desk once, but nothing was done. Unfortunately, we were in Whistler for a busy week of events and didn’t have time to fix the issue ourselves. We’re thankful the weather was hot for only half of our trip, but would have been much more comfortable.
We had a great weekend in this unit at Glacier Lodge in Blackcomb. With space coming at a premium in Whistler, here you get lots of it. And it comes with great comfort. We enjoyed the (arguably) most comfortable living room sofa we ever encountered in Whistler. No cheap IKEA crap here.
Great stay - close to lifts and good amenities (not ski-in/out though)
We had a wonderful stay in Glacier Lodge! The location was a short walk from the gondola and lifts, restaurants and bars are nearby and it's just a 10minute walk into Whistler village. The unit was cozy and clean, and the building amenities were great (hot tub, pool, ski storage etc).
The only reason I didn't give the place 5 stars is because of the ski in/out description in the title, it's very close to the lifts but not a true ski in/out. It would also be a nice touch to have some basic toiletries in the apartment (i.e. shampoo and conditioner). Otherwise it was a great week!

Nice unit. Close to everything.
We had an enjoyable stay here. Everything as advertised. Short walk to gondola. Rented skis from Affinity Sports which was super convenient located in the building. Easy walk to main Whistler village but you can also take the bus. Upper Village had a decent variety of bars and restaurants. Would stay again.
