The Space:
Snow settles quietly through the surrounding forest as you return from the slopes, boots warming by the fire and steam rising from the hot tub under the winter sky. Set within Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this chalet offers a mountain setting where ski days, fireside evenings, and shared gatherings unfold at an unhurried pace.
The space
Spanning 4,646 square feet across two levels, the home is thoughtfully arranged to host up to twelve guests. Natural light filters through floor-to-ceiling windows, framing forest and valley views while creating warm, inviting interiors throughout the winter season. A mudroom and heated garage parking support seamless transitions between outdoor adventure and indoor comfort.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide privacy and flexibility for families or groups traveling together. The primary suite features a king bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite includes a king bed and ensuite with its own soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom offers king-split beds with an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fourth bedroom features two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom includes a queen bed and an ensuite with a steam-room shower and secondary entrance.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals after full days on the mountain, featuring Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar. A separate prep kitchen supports larger gatherings, while the dining area seats ten beneath tall windows overlooking the winter landscape. A temperature-controlled wine cellar and indoor mini bar complete the experience.
Living & leisure
Evenings center around the media room, where a foosball table, plush seating, and an indoor fireplace create a relaxed atmosphere. Additional comforts include heated floors, portable fans, a dedicated workspace, laundry facilities, and exercise equipment.
Outdoor living
The patio remains a winter highlight, with a private hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating surrounded by snow-dusted trees. After a day on the slopes, it’s an inviting place to unwind beneath the stars.
Location & access
Seasonal ski-in access is available via a short walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail, with ski-in return options through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run. Guests also enjoy access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting to Creekside Village in just minutes.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
