The Space:
Snow-dusted trees and crisp mountain air set the tone as you arrive at this Whistler retreat tucked within the forested surroundings of Kadenwood. After a day on the slopes, step inside to the warmth of the indoor fireplace or settle into the hot tub as the cool alpine evening settles in around you. Large windows frame the natural landscape, creating a sense of calm and connection to the mountains throughout your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across two levels and 4,646 square feet, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A second suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with its own soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom includes king-split beds and an ensuite walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is designed for groups or families with two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a steam-room shower and a secondary entrance.

In winter, returning from the slopes to soak in the private hot tub offers a welcome way to unwind. Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

Extremely nice house
It is the house that made my kids want to go back to Whistler next summer. It is huge even for 10 people, well-maintained like a brand new house, with luxurious decoration and design. It was very thoughtful that it came with a nice stereo system and various board games, so we didn't feel bored at all even though we spent most of the time in the house. I'm already planning to come back next summer.
My wife and I are very experienced travelers. We have stayed at the nicest hotels, resorts and homes across the globe. Our stay at this home was far and away the nicest home that we have stayed in. We opened the garage and made our way into the home and were stunned with its beauty, charm and how well appointed the home truly is. Bottom line, when I tell you that you will not be disappointed, you can trust me.Regarding the management team, so easy to work with from check in to check out they were very easy to work with to ensure seamless access and departure. We had two episodes where we could not locate a couple of things and the management team was very responsive and courteous and solved our issues immediately.As good as the management is, the star of the show is the home. Beautiful views from the main room and the deck set the ambiance for our stay. Indeed, we had plans for a few things but we loved the home so much we didn't leave for two days. The kitchen is so well stocked with every known utensil that we had a great time cooking together. The bedrooms were wonderful and the bathrooms with big walk-in showers and tubs...just wonderful. The media room was great to take in an episode of White Lotus. Lastly the wood burning fireplace in the main room was such a delight and coffee on the deck in the morning with the outdoor fireplace was a slice of heaven. We both agreed this one of our most favorite stays of traveling together for over 23 years.
