The Space:

Snow settles quietly into the surrounding forest as morning light filters through floor-to-ceiling windows, framing Whistler Mountain in crisp winter clarity. You warm up with coffee indoors while gondolas glide below, then step out into the cold air knowing the hot tub and heated pool are waiting when you return. Evenings slow naturally here - fires crackle, movies roll, and the house fills with the easy rhythm of time spent together.



The home sits in Whistler’s exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood and offers ski-in/ski-out access that is seasonal and dependent on conditions. A short walk brings you to the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting directly to Creekside Village for skiing, dining, and groceries. Ski-out access nearby is best suited to intermediate skiers, while ski-in is possible via the Kadenwood trail when snow conditions allow.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three levels, the home sleeps up to 14 guests in seven bedrooms. The primary suite includes a fireplace, walk-through closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and deep-soaker tub overlooking the forest. Five additional bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the lower level, a large bunk room offers two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, game console, and a bathroom with double vanity. A separate powder room near the media room adds convenience for shared spaces.



Outdoor living

Winter days end well outdoors here. The private outdoor pool is heated and available all year, open 24 hours, and pairs naturally with the private hot tub for soaking beneath falling snow. The patio includes outdoor furniture, a fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor kitchen, and dining area, all surrounded by old-growth forest that adds a sense of quiet and privacy.



Kitchen and dining

The main kitchen is open-plan with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and quality appliances, designed for shared meals after long days outside. A separate butler kitchen provides additional prep space. You can gather casually at the breakfast bar with six seats or sit down together at the dining table that seats fourteen.



Entertainment and comfort

The lower level is dedicated to relaxing indoors, with a media room featuring a cinema surround sound system and an adjoining billiards room with wet bar. An indoor fireplace anchors the living space upstairs, while high-speed wifi, multiple TVs, and a dedicated workspace support both downtime and remote work.



Practical details

A private elevator connects all floors. The home includes a mudroom with ski racks and boot warmers, in-suite laundry, heating, and AC - split type ductless system. Parking is available in the garage, with additional driveway space. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Note on Amenities: Please note the pool heating system is under repair during January and expected to be ready in early-mid February. The hot tub is working perfectly! Our current January pricing has been discounted to compensate for this change.

• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
