The place is large, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, across from the grocery store, restaurants and shops and the bus stop to the gondolas. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great place to stay when visiting Whistler. Location couldn’t be better. Very handy to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Condo was well laid out. Underground parking was a bonus.

I found the condo comfortable, close to hot tub and faily quiet
We had an amazing stay. The place was perfect for our group. The location and amenities were just what we needed. Nice quiet location, close to shopping, and across the street from the ski bus. I would highly recommend the place. The next time our family from far away comes to town, we’ll rent it again.
The place was great. Very close to the bottom of Whistler Village. Pool and Hot Tub were great. All the amenities described were available and made us feel like we were at home. We would stay again.
The property was as advertised. Great location, close to the village and Translink shuttle bus stop nearby which came in handy. The kitchen was well stocked, made for easy preparation of meals in. We would stay here again.
Had an epic time. Great location across from the shops and there is a bus stop out the Front. Nice pool and hot tub. A heater for the drying room would be handy but everything did dry in front of the fire place. The beds are really comfortable and the home has a really cosy feel. We would love to stay here again!

Easy-peasy. Condo is exactly as advertised, very comfy (excellent linens!), with an absolutely essential parking space in the underground garage. Host responded within minutes to queries. Would stay again.
Clean, conveniently located, wonderful place! Restaurants, grocery store, bus stop ..all only a short walk away.Two comments...would have been nice if it had a ski locker. I also parked in the wrong spot...my fault ...but if you stay here pay attention to which parking spot is yours.
Well appointed condo with access to community pool and hot tub. Clean and functional but the interior and furniture is quite dated. Heated floors are awesome. Reasonably close to main village. Just a few minute walk.
Very clean and quiet 2 level condo. Well stocked kitchen with basic supplies like paper towels, tin foil, plastic wrap, salt/pepper, cooking oil provided. Kitchen cabinets are showing their age but all appliances worked perfectly. Extra towels for pool/hot tub use. Wifi signal was strong and check in was easy with all necessary information emailed to us ahead of time. We were very comfortable and would stay again.
It was exactly as advertised. Very homey, clean and convenient location to shops. Transport to ski slopes seamless with a bus ride away. Bus stop is right across the street. Appreciated the kitchen pantry. Most spices there in case you want to cook a simple meal. Reserved Parking spot is 2 flights of stair up to the condo making it easy to load up car. Lastly Mark was wonderful to communicate with. Responses to my questions were promptly answered. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I couldn’t ask for anything better except for the weather. More snow and less rain but the weather gods are in charge of that.

The location and size of this property are amazing. We had a great communication with the host and the checking process was very easy, and we extended our stay by one day. Parking was included, and a pool, but sadly due to the weather we were not inclined to use it, so I am not able to comment on it. The property was clean, specially the bedrooms, but a bit dated; the couches and pillows and would need a bit of deep cleaning or upgrade. There was also a bit of a strange smell at the entrance and the upper bath tub was a clogged. Other than than we have enjoyed our stay, the spacious rooms, the kitchen, and the proximity to the village and market. Check out was also great and easy, a bit early, but ok.
This condo was in a nice quiet area. Had everything you need for cooking and heaps of board games for kids to play. Took a star off though as upstairs felt like an actual sauna in the heatwave of summer. They provided fans but this just pushed the hot air around.... really needs a split system or aircon. Was soooo uncomfortable at night. Also water didnt really drain in upstairs bathtub. Overall was still pretty good. Kids loved it, pool and spa nearby was so handy for the kids.
Mark is a terrific host. Great communication if we had any questions. Great location as it is a very easy walk to grocery, liquor and other stores and to many restaurants. You can walk to the hill but if you are carrying your skis, easier to take the shuttle.We chose to rent a car but you don't need to. Secure underground parking. Heated floors. Comfortable beds and hot showers. High end washer/dryer.The only change I would make to the description of this unit is that it is not "luxury" as you can tell from the photos which are accurate. That said it is very comfortable and priced accordingly.
We have stayed in Whistler many times and also at this same complex. We love that the complex is near the grocery store and the start of the promenade walk. This unit was as expected, unfortunately the weather was very hot and there is no AC. The owner has fans in every room to help but as an upper level unit, it was tough to sleep. There was a dripping the down stairs bath and a note on the washing machine that said it was out of service. I reached out to the manager and he got right to work. The facet was repaired and the washer was ok to use, but only small loads. The kitchen was plenty full of cooking items and we were not at a loss. The condo was clean and well cared for. We could use a second key and parking card as we were a group of 4 adults. This would be a great unit for winter activities but for the heat of the summer, as is our normal visit, we sure could use an AC.
This is our second summer stay at Mark's stay, and we had another great experience. Plenty of new furniture and appliances since our last stay made for a very comfortable time. Thanks for having us
