The space

Set within the Residences at Lakecrest, this corner-unit townhouse offers a sense of seclusion while remaining close to Whistler Village and Creekside. Expansive windows frame lake and mountain scenery, filling the lounge with natural light. Soft seating gathers around a three-sided stone fireplace, and retractable glass doors lead to the patio where a gas fireplace, BBQ, and outdoor furniture extend your living space to the fresh winter air. A den/media room on the main level provides a comfortable retreat for movie nights or quiet reading, while desks on both levels allow space for light remote work.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, stone fireplace, TV, and a private deck overlooking Alta Lake. Its ensuite includes a free-standing soaking tub, glass-enclosed rain shower, and double vanity. The secondary bedroom offers a king bed and walk-out deck, along with an adjoining bathroom with a soaker tub and shower combo. The third bedroom includes a king-split bed (king or 2 singles) and access to a nearby bathroom with a glass shower and single vanity. A powder room is conveniently located on the main level.



Kitchen & dining

The chef’s kitchen is designed for gathering, complete with a gas cooktop, large center island, and high-end appliances. A dining table for six and a breakfast bar for four provide inviting spots for shared meals or morning coffee before heading out into the crisp winter air.

Parking is available in a private garage, suitable for two small to mid-sized vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Lakecrest Estates is a private, upscale enclave located in the Alta Vista neighbourhood, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village and Creekside. Nestled along the shores of Alta Lake, this quiet community offers direct access to Lakeside Park, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or relaxing on the beach in summer. Guests can enjoy scenic walks or bike rides along the Valley Trail, which connects Lakecrest to Whistler Village, Creekside, and nearby parks. In winter, you're close to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, with easy access by car.

• Strictly no parties or events. We have a strict no-party policy to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
