We liked the quiet privacy of the resort and the people we encountered through out our week were kind and accomodating. We enjoyed the large Lobby sitting area with our family in the evenings and my grandkids made good use of the large clean hot tub and outdoor pool

Brilliant option for a summer stay in Whistler

Absolutely fantastic location, with excellent facilities both within the property and inside the suite. We felt right at home. The bed was a bit too soft for us, but that was the only downside.

We rented a condo for 10 days and we had a great time. Bed is a spring matress, wich feels outdated and not very comfortable but it after 2 nights it felt okay. There was a strange smell in the cupboards so we had to clean the dishware before using it. No AC but there was 2 fans to help keep us cool. Besides those points everything was great. I would rent again for sure.

Location is main factor to stay at LPL and free parking , bed comfortable . The unit was described as Superior 1 BR and 2 Bath. While the unit is located at a quiet part of the building, much beyond that, it is not superior . It is outdated and original (old) and needs an update . This is the list of issues I have : non working electric kettle( although did have a back up stove top model) . Poor knife selection and generally poor choice of cooking utensils. Cutting board too small and no serving spoons just 1 soup ladle with broken handle. Stove burners need cleaning as they smell burnt when turned on. Old TV upstairs. The worst issue was the upstairs shower. So slowly draining I thought water was going to go over the sill so showered while standing in 2 inches of water, and turned water off and on to let it drain ,....then noticed the hairball floating from the previous user which tells me it was not cleaned prior to our arrival, and makes me think about other cleaning procedures. In downstairs bathroom after flushing toilet the water continued to "run" till I flushed again and it stopped. Nobody likes plumbing issues while on holiday. Needless to say I am not pleased and hesitate to use Expedia/ Booking in the future if this is your interpretation of a "Superior " unit .

Around the corner from the Creekside gondola (under 5 min walk). Extremely well stocked kitchen. Plenty of cutlery, pots, pans and plates. Dishwasher. Baking trays in the oven. Our unit included washer/dryer. No real isolated bedroom, but the loft instead and with its own shower-equipped washroom. Pull-out sofa and full bathroom downstairs. Gas fireplace. Nice covered balcony (for warmer times). VERY QUIET area, too! No cards/keys to carry as everything is accessed using code pads. Convenient and secure ski storage room, too. Great Internet service.

Great location, just steps away from Creekside gondola. Property is outdated despite some cosmetic changes. Bed and sofa bed should be updated. There was renos being done above our suite so construction noise all day was unpleasant. Great service from Tania but there is so much she could have done.

Whistler getaway

The room was good for our purposes but the loft bedroom did not have any windows and was overly warm. The coffee maker did not work and was reported but not replaced or fixed. The free parking was appreciated.

This was a truly awful stay. We show up and our condo smelled terrible. Nothing felt clean. The bathroom towels were stained. The walls were scuffed everywhere. They put out glasses and used paper towels in the cups to try and make it look “fancy”. There was mold in the bathtub. The toilet straight up broke the first night, and we didn’t have a place to use for the rest of the stay unless we stuck our hand in the toilet water at the top. The power went out several times during our stay for about 5 minutes each time. There was no air conditioning just broken fans that sounded like they were about to explode. The sheets had stains. And there is no lobby or anyone working there to talk to. The best part was the hot tub out side, so we stayed in it as much as we could. I do not recommend staying at this lodge at all. Clearly the only reason they are still in business is for the winter skiers who need ANYPLACE to stay, so a garbage dump like this will do.

Our stay at Lake Placid Lodge was great. Due to Covid19 the public bbq or sauna was closed but the pool and hot tub was open with limited occupancy. We still had a fantastic time.

The information about property location is totally misleading. The map says it is situated in the Whistler Village, but it's not. You would have to drive (or take a bus) at least 10 min to get there. When choosing a place to stay I specifically searched for a place in the Whistler Village. I have a small baby and it was really hard taking a bus to go to the Village. Very disappointed in the misleading information about location.
