Sleeping arrangements
This single level home comfortably sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and convenient access to a separate bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Extra pillows and blankets add comfort on chilly nights.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the entire residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. You’ll also enjoy access to the building’s amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, and ski concierge services. Underground parking is available for an additional fee.

• Summer pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 10 am–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.
• Winter pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 2 pm–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.
• Pay parking. Overnight parking is an additional $26 / night.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tub

My two kids and I had an amazing trip in Whistler and enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, quiet nights and just a 15-20 min walk to the village. Easy check in and during summer there is street parking nearby. I’d probably recommend

A fantastic apartment in an excellent location. The hosts were helpful, responsive, and every detail was meticulously cared for. We would return in a heartbeat
Great stay! Exactly as shown. Perfect location and loved being able to take the short walk down to the Village. Very clean and nicely equipped. Whistler Platinum was great to deal with and they make check-in a breeze with the email instructions and codes etc. I would stay again (family of four).
Had a great stay here. The location was great, a short bike to town, lakes, etc. The pool was also a hit with the family. It was a bit hot in the evenings, being on the top floor without A/C. But the unit had several fans so was ok.
Wonderful condo. Beautiful view of the entire courtyard. Well equipped kitchen and the vaulted ceilings make the area feel large. Only thing I would say it needs is some A/C. It was low 90s out (hottest days of the year) and the afternoon sun baked us.

Lounge setting could be improved, otherwise a very comfortable unit.
Perfectly clean and comfortable unit. There was plenty of space for family of four. Onsite parking, great pools and hot tubs. Lots of owners/longer term renters. Extremely responsive and accommodating management. Would have been incredible mid-season skiing out to Blackcomb - even late season lots of dining options within walking distance and easy to get to Whistler Village.
Highly recommend the Whistler Platinum group who manage this property. Great communication and seemed like they really cared that we had a nice stay.

Super location!
This condo was just as pictured! Nice very clean accommodations. The beds were super comfy too!! Having underground parking was very convenient.
Will definitely return here on next whistler vacation.
The condo was just like the photos! Kitchen was well done equipped. Super comfy beds and nice clean bathrooms. The location was close to the everything. Having garage parking onsite was a convenience! We would definitely stay here again!

Favorite Stay
This is our 3rd time in this unit and not our last. We are so comfortable and enjoy each morning having coffee watching the hill wake up! Just a beautiful unit!
Enjoyed our ski week at Blackcomb in this Aspens unit. Clean, comfortable, gated access right onto the hill. Far enough from the 3 hot tubs to be quiet enough in the evening. Galley kitchen tight but works for two. Used the common laundry facilities and parking was easy (at extra cost).
You get a code and go straight to your room without having to do any checkin. There’s lots of parking in an underground lot. The place is about 100 yards up the slope from the Blackcomb gondola, so it’s almost as convenient as it gets. There’s a complimentary ski valet on the property. We could walk to restaurants at night. Nice rooms and living room. Exactly what we wanted.
We had a fantastic time in Whistler
The condo is perfectly situated to give you privacy from all the noise of the village but close enough to still enjoy all the hustle and bustle. Loved the heated pool and hottubs.
We really enjoyed our week in this perfect condo. It was immaculately clean. The photos of the property and the unit were exact so we arrived and saw what we’d been expecting. The location is great in the upper village, quiet but still close to everything. We were having trouble working one of the tv’s in the bedroom and the response from the property manager was prompt and it was resolved straight away.
We loved swimming in the pool and it was also very clean and so refreshing on those hot summer days.
We will definitely be back and this unit is where we will stay. We loved the high ceilings, comfortable bed and the Sonos music player. Perfect getaway!!!
We had a great stay at The Aspens. With a convenient location that allowed us a short walk to the base at Blackcomb and a little further stroll to Whistler Village, we logged 50+ miles of walks and hikes to Lost Lake, Green Lake, Alta Lake and dinner in Whistler Village. We were in Whistler for the EWS80 race which coincided with Crankworx, which added a level of excitement to our stay. The unit was clean, well stocked, and the perfect location for our family. We used the pools & hot tubs + the bike cage.

Fabulous location
Aspens is in a fabulous location, perfect for family with teenage children. The apartment was way bigger than those you get in ski resorts in Europe and well equipped to make life easier.
If we could suggest something to enhance the property it would be to have heated towel rails in the bathrooms to help dry out swim and ski gear.
If we could suggest something to enhance the service of Whistler Platinum it would have been really helpful to know about the booking of lift passes pre departure to make use of online discounts.
