Great location, accurate listing

This was a great stay for a group of 6 guys. Walkable to the village and lifts (7 min), hot tub is right in front of the condo, and location next to the grocery store was great. Very clean, comfy beds.

Great spot Great Hottub

Place was super clean loved the setup, only complaint is they had the wrong address for routing to the place and we stood in cold wrong door for 1hr figuring it out. Additionally they provide 1 singular trash bag for the length of a 4 day stay with 8 people. When I called to ask they said “yeah you can buy some” Overall I’d definitely recommend the place overall.

good

The room is decent and have enough spaces for a group of 6-8 people. The communication and customer service could be better, especially for the starter kits for coffee and tea. We stayed for 2 days and only have one day supply for coffee.

Great location, good amount of space!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is great - only about a 10 min walk to Whistler base! The fireplace and hot tub were great, but unfortunate that the hot tub only went up to 99 degrees, which felt more like a warm bath when it was -10 degrees outside! My only true complaint is that the cleaning company showed up at 9:15 on our last day when checkout wasn’t until 10am. We felt very rushed as we were packing up our things to leave. However, they were nice and waited patiently. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay!

Great location but could use some updates

This spacious 2 floor condominium in the back of the main village is great for a big group. Ours had 8 people, and there was room enough for everyone between the two floors of the unit. While we appreciated the location (easy walking distance to the village stroll), it is also immediately adjacent to the highway, and the older windows of the complex do let some road noise into the second bedroom. It is apparent that the owner of this suite has invested very little into it in the decades since the complex was built. The kitchen is mostly original, with a very loud dishwasher, faulty sink faucet and fridge drawers that get stuck. The mattresses were quite comfortable, but pretty much all other furnishings and art work are tired and sometimes very worn (the chairs next to the fireplace especially). Bathrooms are very basic, and lighting is uninspiring. It's too bad, because with just a bit of effort, these things could be vastly improved and the place could look and feel much nicer. As others have mentioned, the private hot tub only goes to 99 degrees F. We asked the Vacasa front desk if it was a mechanical issue, but they told us that this is just how hot it goes. This was very disappointing, as you really don't get the same experience with a "lukewarm tub," especially on a cold day/night. Lastly, the unit is advertised as a "first-floor getaway" but in reality it just has a first-floor entry with stairs immediately up to the second/main floor. This isn't objectively a

Comfortable

A comfortable accommodation that suited our 7 person party. Needs some updating and minor repairs but didn’t affect our stay and had everything we needed. Close proximity to village and grocery was convenient. Bring your own DVD’s, there were none on site but several dvd players. One tv in room with bunks was broken. Kitchen was stocked with most items you could need to prepare your own food. Unit was clean, lots of towels. No AC meant for a very hot stay for us (35 degrees this week) but there were at least 5 fans on site and opened up doors and windows at night. Would be cozy in the fall and the living room had 2 large couches plus arm chairs which suited our party of 7. Very nice complex with lots of trees… close to highway which was a bit noisy in the morning but wouldn’t deter us from returning. The hot tub on the deck worked. The communal hot tub across from the unit looked gross. A/C (even a portable window unit) would have made this a much more desirable summer rental but the temps this week were admittedly very high. Overall we were happy with it.

Plusses but could use some work

The unit was as expected, and we liked the space. The parking was unclear for two vehicles, nobody at the check in was quite sure how to prove the second vehicle in Visitors could be verified, I left a note on my car, but ever time a tow truck came through I rushed to the garage. The supplies were dreadfully limited. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom only, we ran out. There was no cable, and no DVD's available despite it being listed on the site. We understand Covid plays a roll, but remember to bring your own as well as games if you are looking for entertainment. Also, the usual VRBO experience results in some comforts such as olive oil, spices, salt and pepper etc being on hand but in this unit this was not so, we had to purchase these or go without. The water turned off overnight our last night and we notified the property company at 3am when it was discovered. Despite this it was not resolved before we left, much to the discomfort of our group. Lastly, the BBQ was dirty and almost caught on fire and was unusable, we were forced to use the oven which smoked heavily due to the poor cleaning job resulting in a thick buildup of cleaner residue in the oven. I am not a complainer and overall the unit was comfortable and close to amenities but there was definitely room for improvements.

August 2021

Had a good weekend here with 3 of our kids and grandma and grandpa. Kids loved the hot tub on the deck. Close enough to the village. Some things to mention - a few kitchen tools that didn’t seem to be available, some maintenance items that need attention within the unit and loud music from one of the adjoining units each day. Being vacation rentals these things are to be expected, to some degree. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Spacious townhouse close to the village

Great space for a couple families to share. Lots of room and set up well. We didn't get to use the private hot tub but thought it was a cool feature. Loved the proximity to the village with grocery store, pharmacy, and everything you could need within a five minute walk. Got a phone funny phone call after the first night saying that we made too much noise (they have noise monitors set up inside and outside) but the kids were mostly on their tablets when we were at the house and the adults just carried on normal conversations so not sure why that would be.
