Recently Renovated 2 bd T/H with pool and hot tub in popular Sunpath Complex
Enjoy your stay in our spacious 981 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse that was just renovated in early 2026. Upstairs, the master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen bed; the second bedroom has a single and double bunk bed; and the living room has a queen sofa bed.
The condo is perfectly located at the mid-point of the Village Stroll, so you are only a 7 min. walk to either end where Skiers or Olympic plaza is. But why bother walking even 7 min. with ski gear and kids when you can take the door-to-door free Marketplace #4 bus in the Winter, which will take you direct to the ski lifts. Restaurants, cafes, Fresh Street market (grocery) store, liquor store, and clothing stores are even closer across the street. The location can't be more perfect whether you're a skier, mountain biker or vacationer looking for a wide variety of activities all with a few minutes reach. And it’s also perfectly quiet because it’s across the street from all the activities.
There are two decks from which you can enjoy the spectacular mountain view or watch your family enjoy the heated pool and hot tub that is available year round. The pool is right outside your front door so it couldn't be more convenient.
Other amenities we offer are a new in-suite washer and dryer, a gas BBQ, free Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, and free secure parking. For the kids, we also have some board games and a Playstation 3. But we are really close to the Olympic Plaza which has coffee shops overlooking a beautiful wooden playground, skating rink and toboggan run (in the winter). Our kitchen is also fully equipped with complimentary coffee and tea (and coffee grinder if you bring your own beans).
We also offer a central check-in desk where you can get discount lift tickets or assistance with booking activities or transportation.
Please note that this unit is not wheel chair accessible as there are stairs up to the living room and bedrooms.

Stella's bright modern 2 bedroom townhouse is balancing some positive and negative aspects. Check-in was easy, but could be improved by just going straight to the condo. Parking in the underground garage was easy and the assigned parking space is very close to the actual condo. However, visitors should note there is a stairway to get out of the garage, and a second stairway immediately as you enter the unit. Proximity to Whistler Village is the highlight, perfect 5 star score for location. We walked everywhere. Gondolas are 5-10 minutes, center of village is 3 minutes walk, bus stop is right outside, grocery store is close. Inside, the housekeeping team needs to do better. Several dishes had visible old food debris, several bathroom toiletries were missing, but they did get delivered within about 24 hours of notifying the owner. The fireplace does not work at all (as of early Jan 2025), and from what I can gather, neither does the TV in the master bedroom. It all worked for us and we had a nice time, but this unit is a little tired and in my opinion the price should reflect that.
I've stayed at sunpath 4 times for MTB trips, and it's perfect. This trip was no exception.

The property was nice enough although the bed in the second bedroom was just a foamy and very uncomfortable. There was no broom/dustpan in the unit and also no laundry detergent. Over all a nice place.
The unit location was amazing, right across the street from all of the amenities. The owner was great and very responsive. The ONLY negative was that the unit was not cleaned appropriately otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great Location with everything you need!!
The condo was close to everything. Once you arrive you can park your vehicle and forget about it. The condo had all the necessities, cable, fast WiFi full kitchen and rooms with comfortable beds. Everything was up to date and clean. Perfect place to relax after a long day on the mountain!!
