Underground Parking Access: During the Winter months (Nov 1st-Mar 31st) only Pay Parking is available at The Aspens. After April 1st, free street parking is available, but extremely limited. The secure underground parking at the Aspens is pay parking only. Tickets may be purchased from the yellow machine located in the lobby entrance. Parking costs $26.00 per 24 hour period. You may purchase a parking pass for 1 day or for the full span of days that you're visiting. Parkade height is 6 feet 6 inches tall. The machine takes Canadian $2 / $1 coins, Visa, Amex, and MC

GETTING AROUND: Free Village Shuttle: Another bonus of booking with us is that our neighbourhood is one of the few areas serviced by Whistler’s Free Village Shuttle all year long. It stops on the road in front of our complex every 15 minutes in winter and 30 min in shoulder season.
We also highly recommend exploring Whistler by bike (Summer / Fall). There’s a fantastic network of trails throughout Whistler making exploring the area car-free a breeze!

Our company policy requires guests to be independently verified and to eSign our rental agreement: Immediately following your booking request, you’ll receive an email containing two secure links: 1) a link to e-sign our Rental Agreement, and 2) a link to verify your details and ID.
Without completing these steps, you will not be able to receive your access details.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: We are firm on our cancellation policy and will not be offering additional refunds outside of it. Guests are responsible for purchasing the appropriate travel insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance to cover themselves and their trip. However, we will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.
General Cancellation Policy (40 Days Notice Required): Guests will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation at least forty (40) days before the Check-In Date. Guests will receive a 50% refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation between thirty-nine (39) days and twenty-two (22) days before the Check-In Date. Guests who cancel twenty-one (21) days before the Check-In Date are not entitled to a refund of the Rental Fee or the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable.
BC Stat Holiday Exception (45 Days Notice Required): Guests who reserve the Property during the dates of June 29-July 4, 2024; Feb 14-22, 2025; May 16-23, 2025; June 29-July 4, 2025; Feb 12-21, 2026; May 15-22, 2026; June 29-July 4, 2026 inclusive (“BC Stat Dates”), will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation at least forty-five (45) days before the Check-In Date. For BC Stat Dates cancellations less than forty-five (45) days prior to Check-In Date, there is no refund unless the Replacement Guest books the cancelled dates. Christmas / New Years Cancellation Exception (90 Days Notice Required): Guests who reserve the Property during the dates of Dec 16, 2024 - Jan 3, 2025, and Dec 15, 2025 - Jan 3, 2026, and Dec 14, 2026 - Jan 3, 2027 inclusive (“Holiday Dates”), will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation at least ninety (90) days before the Check-In Date. For Holiday Dates cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Check-In Date, there is no refund unless the Replacement Guest books the cancelled dates. We will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.
Limited Cancellation Policy: If a government-imposed travel ban or border closure prevents you from entering British Columbia prior to your Check-In Date, The Suite Life Whistler will offer a full credit to be used within twelve (12) months at the same property that the original booking was made. As a disclaimer, no refunds or trip date changes will be provided for Guests who test positive for COVID-19, come into contact someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or for changes in government travel requirements. We confirm that guests are responsible for purchasing the appropriate travel insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance to cover themselves.

My wife and I stayed at this condo for a winter snowboarding trip. Laura, the host, was fantastic. Very easy to communicate with, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She even brought us a large stock pot from her home so that we could make our precious meat stock during our stay! The location was absolutely prime. Right on the mountain, it is a true ski in/out. Since it’s on the 1st floor you can even hike up a small hill to come to and from the condo instead of going through the lobby. Trees right outside in the window along with views of beautiful distant peaks (especially during sunset!). It’s also right across from the fairmont hotel, and easy to travel to and from. Would recommend.
From the moment of booking thru departure, the Host was in communication and really made us feel at home! This condo is immaculate, well equipped and in a great location. You can walk to the Upper Village in a couple of minutes, or take the Village shuttle bus from the nearby stop. The 3 outdoor hot tubs are hot and great to relax in after a day on the slopes. Ski-in/Ski-out doesn't get much better than the Aspens, simply pick up your skis from the free Ski Valet service, walk thru the courtyard and onto the slope. Within minutes, you're in line for the gondola!Enjoy great showers, lots of hot water and water pressure, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the two large TVs have hundreds of quality channels so you can relax in the evening in front of the fireplace, Netflix and chill. The bed is very comfortable, so you'll be well rested for hitting the slopes again the next day. You won't regret staying here and living the sweet life in the Aspens "The Suite Life - Whistler".
