"A very peaceful stay with nice lake views and tranquil paddling. Especially enjoyed the fire pit down by the lake and the numerous sitting deck locations. The steps back up to the house gave us some exercise between enjoying the various sitting decks."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Magnificent Mountain Views. The pictures are beautiful, but they honestly do not do this property justice. From the moment we arrived, we were taken by just how beautiful the home, setting, and especially the mountain views are. It is one of those places that is simply so much better in person.The house was beautiful, comfortable, extremely well maintained, and had everything we needed. We especially loved spending time outside just enjoying the peaceful setting and those incredible long-range mountain views. It was the kind of place where you could sit for hours and never get tired of the scenery.Heather was also a wonderful host and made the entire experience so easy. She was warm, welcoming, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. You could tell that she truly wanted us to enjoy both her home and our time in the mountains, and we certainly did.The location was perfect for exploring Sapphire, Cashiers, Lake Glenville, and the surrounding area, but one of our favorite parts of the trip was simply coming back to the house and enjoying the beauty and peacefulness of the property.We have stayed in many wonderful places over the years, and this is definitely one we will remember. If you are considering Magnificent Mountain Views, don’t hesitate—the pictures really cannot capture how special it is. We would happily stay here again and cannot recommend both the property and Heather highly enough!"

"Three of us (grandpa, my son, myself) shared the apartment room above the lobby & shared breakfast/lounge area for 3 nights for a fishing trip. Very comfortable, tons of space, staff is absolutely tremendous. We cooked for ourselves more than most guests might, so we appreciated the full size fridge, ample cutlery, etc. A few housekeeping items could have been better: missing bulbs in the kitchen area including the light right over the range, not enough pods for the dishwasher, non-functional ice maker in the fridge, etc. But having after-hours access to the lobby area for ice, coffee, bathroom, etc was great and made up for some of the kitchen issues. I really want to give 4.5 stars, and we will make this top of our list when we return for another guys fishing outing."

"We loved our stay here! The home is beautiful and was well stocked for a large group. Beds were comfortable and the home was roomy enough for 10 adult guests. The lake access is private and relaxing. A breaker was tripped during our stay and the issue was quickly resolved over the phone. It was the perfect setting for a great long weekend."

"Issue with multiple visits by bears. Very nice and responsive hosts. Great location. Helpful amenities 5 miles away. Comfortable and spacious (albeit not truly luxurious) home. We had a problem with bears visiting multiple times. This could have been avoided had the owner installed a metal bear-proof receptacle. They knew of this issue and didn’t fix it before our arrival. Had not had an issue with the bears, would consider staying again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this lakeside home in Sapphire. The house sits tucked among the trees with big decks that look straight out over the calm water—waking up to that view every morning felt unreal. There’s a little dock right below if you want to sit by the lake or just listen to the quiet. Super private and peaceful, the kind of place that makes you forget about everything else. Perfect mountain escape!"
