The yard is very spacious and the trail down to the river is great hike for all family members. Our dog especially enjoyed it. You could not ask for a better host than Todd. Bedrooms were large, beds super comfortable, four gorgeous bathrooms. Great home for a large group. We were 13. Use humidifier available if needed. "
