"Our group felt so cozy and homey at Fantail cottage while we explored nearby Hamilton and Hobbiton. Fiona was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the provided milk, coffee, hot chocolate, and cereals was a nice touch. Everyones favorite part is that the shower was hot with really good water pressure! We also really enjoyed the chickens (chooks) and they seemed to like our food scraps just as much. Thank you for a lovely stay :)"

"Stayed overnight in a 2bdrm apartment we arrived early and got to check in at no extra cost. Loved the customer service and even more so the room. Amazingly clean, tidy, comfortable bed, had a great nights sleep. Will definitely come back again being so close in walking distance to town, thank you!!!"

"We stayed in the caravan which gave us a lot of privacy and it was a beautifully maintained caravan! We were provided heating so it was not at all cold. Decent tea/coffee making facilities. However, was slightly disappointed as the pictures showed a double bed, but when we arrived it was two singles. Beds are slightly small but this is expected in a caravan home."

"Well they should of advertised that work next door had one loose unit reach into my room through window that the staff had left unlatched it was pulled closed with blind shut they did this while I was in shower and took money, as soon as I sent complaint thru to scaffolding place it reappeared, after I dozed off! not only that one of the dudes blew kisses faces at me and were calling out comments especially after the staff member handled it poorly when a and im being treated like I did something...
