"The common areas were really nice. Stayed in the Ocean Tower - the common areas and the rooms were very nice. The challenge we had is housekeeping didn't clean our room and we were there for 3 nights. What I don't understand is if you are paying a resort fee, why is the pool and extra fee? Service everywhere we went was on point."

"Been going to Flagship for many many years because this WAS a place that I exchanged to when I HAD a Timeshare so have seen the many transitions and/or changes. And also I am or have become acquainted with some of the staff old and new over these many years so there is a comfort level as well. One of the things I don't like is the fact that THEY want and expect us to strip linen from beds and put dirty towels in a pile as well so I guess so that this is something less their staff has to deal with????? Now I get doing dishes and putting furniture back in its place but do not like having to do what their staff should be doing not me!!!!!! I can only assume this doesn't apply to OWNERS but just us occasional patrons!!!!!!! I Do It But Don't Like It and if there are problems with other patrons as far as putting furniture back in place let those people pay the consequences. This for me put a damper on a generally good experience bc didnt come there to have to clean up after myself, could have stayed home for that and not paid for it."

"Buena higiene, excelente la hay el servicio de la misma. Las piscinas maravillosas y el personal muy amable. Creo se debe mejorar en la decoración según temáticas seleccionadas, en esta ocasión no me pareció muy atractiva. Hay poca información al llegar, no se conoce con claridad sobre el parking y lugar del Check-In, fue difícil este paso. Pocas opciones de comidas, casi lo mismo en todos los sitios y el buffet es muy estático en su menú con tendencia al aburrimiento. El casino no se sabe dónde es el área autorizada para los fumadores porque lo hacen dondequiera y es muy inquietante para los NO FUMADORES. En general le doy un 4 de 5."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay as the front desk check-in staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the cocktail waitresses were very efficient and friendly. The beach view from our room window was lovely to look out at. The only downside was that the sunbeds and chairs on the sun deck needed recovering"
