"Literally a last resort. Lumpy old bed. Stains on walls. "Breakfast" was a loaf of cheap wheat bread that you can toast slices of, and one type of generic cereal. This is an undercapitalized hotel run to extract marginal costs while putting zero back into the business. Stay away!"

"Appalling experience - turned up after a full day to be told there was no access to the property and could I go to Aldgate instead. The booking was made specifically due to proximity to an event the next day. Had to get another room nearby at short notice for a lot more money.
Would not trust booking with them again and would advise people to choose another option."
