"The hosts for the cozy house respond quickly and so everything they can to resolve issues. We enjoyed being close enough to Publix and restaurants we could have all or drive by on the way back to the property. Getting to Shands to visit our granddaughter was a short 10 minute ddiv during light traffic times or 15 during rush hours. Grill was nice to have and we made good use of it. Beds were comfy and granddaughter loved exploring the bunkbeds. Nearby park was a bonus for our other granddaughter. Overall, the Cozy House is a good place to stay."

The road in front of house is very busy, but it was quiet in the house. Nice walkable neighborhood for the dog. Owner is quick to respond. Plenty of room in the house to relax and hang out."
