"Great staff. Nicely laid out room. Couldn't hear neighbors, a bonus compared to last hotel we visited. Beds were comfy. Cat friendly! Porcelain portion of floor was great. Only downer was the luxury vinyl portion of floor was filthy. Not sure what they were cleaning it with but walking on it would make your foot soles or white socks sticky and dirty. We'd already set up all our cat stuff and covered chairs before we took off our shoes, so we sucked it up for two nights before letting management know. I'm certain they would have cleaned it from our first arrival experience when we called about a non-working phone and lamp. The engineer was up and had everything fixed in a flash. Would happily stay again."

"The owner false advertise this property. The inside and outside of the apartment it doesn’t look any similar to the picture. This is a run down place. When we got there the place was extremely dirty with dead and alive cockroaches everywhere. There was spoiled food inside the refrigerator, the bathroom was very nasty, the bed was full of pee and hair. Garbage all over the floor. I couldn’t stay at that place not even for 5 minutes. I had to go to a hotel. When I contact the place. The administrator never answer to me, they just send me text messages through vrbo, I had to desperately look for another place to stay because they never give me solution. I asked for a refund and it took for them 15 days of me texting every day to give me my money back. I was relocating to Gainesville and they cause a financial drain and psychological stress. This place violate all the codes of habitability. "
