"We rented the property for my son’s graduation. Had the whole family there. All bedrooms were full. House is clean and stocked with everything you need. Backyard is great for entertaining and yard games. Artificial grass is awesome! Short walk to campus and midtown. We had one issue with one of the house heaters did not work. Property management company answers the phone at 10:00pm and had a company out working on it 8:00am. Couldn’t ask for more prompt response time. Highly recommend and will rent again. "
