"Very disappointing bed and no comforters. No extra blankets as we had requested. No staff from 10pm-7am if anything was needed."

"One of the worst hotels we've stayed at. Had problems checking in, staff could not find my reservation, waited for an hour until we checked in after a 4hr trip @3am. Room and elevators were very hot, drawers had stains and crumbs. Shower curtain STANK. Water pressure;not great. Bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, staff said they would send someone to check it out, they never did. Staff offered to move us to another room (nextdoor) when we went to check it out the conditions of the room were the same. Lastly a light bulb poped and it started to smoke up... Breakfast was alright..."

"When I first drove up, I honestly questioned if it was abandoned. The photos made it look much more updated than it was. I didn't realize until I arrived most of the rooms are open to the outside, and I don't love that. My room smelled stale like it had probably been smoked in and there was a frozen Bud Light left in the mini fridge. Guessing it had not been cleaned out rather than it just being the world's most pathetic mini bar."

"This was our first time staying here and we were very impressed with not only the friendly and professional staff also the Loft was amazing, it was clean , beds were very comfortable it didn't feel like a hotel room we actually felt like home away from home. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you for making us feel at home.❤️"
