"We had to go to the front desk three times to get a key to open the door, then maintenance came bc it was broken. The toilet smelled like old pee the whole time. The window was broken and couldn’t close so it was drafty. There was a dirty towel on the floor when we checked into the room. "

On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and polite, which I truly appreciated. However, their kindness does not make up for the overall state of the hotel. The biggest issue is the gap between expectations and reality. The hotel looks much better on social media and online photos than it does in person. What is advertised does not reflect the actual experience. I would not recommend staying here"
